Shine Bright Marquee is the newest venture from Charleston’s favorite local party curator, Heather Fairbairn, of Pop Up Parties of Charleston. Heather has lived in Charleston for the past 20 years- she is an entrepreneur, wife, mom to two magical girls and one dog and one cat.

For the last three years, Heather has shared her love of entertaining and bringing joy to her friends and clients in her community through her bespoke party backdrops, luxury party rentals, and her beautiful event space, The Party Room, located in the heart of Mount Pleasant.

She is so excited to offer her catalogue of sleek and customizable LED letters and numbers as an additional way to elevate any celebration.

Outside of work, one of her greatest joys has always been organizing her neighborhood’s annual Turkey Trot for the past seven years. What began as a small, fun run with a handful of neighbors has grown into a cherished community tradition that brings people together each Thanksgiving. Through this annual event, Heather has helped support local nonprofits, raising more than $75,000 to give back to those in need.

Being a part of the community is one of Heather’s biggest passions.  In addition to her neighborhood fundraising, Heather will often donate her professional services to local non-profits.
