We serve Charleston, SC and surrounding areas.  For areas more than 15 miles from the Charleston area,  an additional service fee will be added

Letters are 3 feet tall.  Colors include:  red, white blue green, yellow, turquoise, pink, purple, rainbow, multi color, flash. Just about any color you can imagine! Each letter can be a different color

Yes we do.  we will provide you with more information during our initial call.

We sure can!  Our sister company, Pop Up Parties Charleston, is a full service event planning company.

The Party Room is our private event space located in Mount Pleasant, SC.  This intimate space is great for kids parties and event.  It’s also a perfect venue for a small dinner or lunch.

We typically drop off and pick up on the same day. However, if the event ends late, pickup may occur the following day.

Yes, our setups can be placed outdoors. However, if winds exceed 15 mph or there is inclement weather, we ask that a backup indoor location be available for setup.

We require that marquees be set up on stable, even surfaces such as concrete, grass, or turf.

In the event of extreme or inclement weather on the date of your outdoor party, we will work with you to find a mutually agreed upon alternate date or credit. We will closely monitor weather forecasts in advance of any outdoor parties and maintain open communication with you.
